Maroua, Cameroon Africa. – Flood victims in Maroua, Far North Region have received gifts of food and cash from the head of state.

Cartons of soap, sugar and cooking oil have been donated to victims of the recent flood disaster in Maroua.

The sum of over 400,000 CFA Francs was also distributed to members of 19 households living in the Salak and Meskine neighborhoods.

Handing over the packages sent by the head of state, the divisional officer of Maroua one, Zoa Pascal reiterated government support to the flood victims of the region.
