China International Water Electric Corporation (CWE) will launch construction work in the Lom Pangar Dam project in the East Region of Cameroon in November 2011.
The representative of the Chinese company, Jiang Hiwuen and the Director General of the Electricity Development Corporation, Dr Theodore Nsangou, signed a FCFA 75 billion agreement in Yaounde, Cameroon on August 12, 2011 in the presence of Cameroon’s Minister of Energy and Water Resources, Michael Ngako Tomdio.
