Philemon Yang, Prime Minister of Cameroon commissioned last week the Professional Training Centres of Excellence (CFPE) at the towns of Limbe in the South-West and Douala in the Littoral region, and Sangemelima in the South. These training centres have ultra-modern equipment.
Construction of the training centres which costs over 24 billion FCfa is a result of cooperation with South Korea. These centres will help in the improvement of the qualitative and quantitative offer in terms of professional training in making the integration of youth and jobseekers a success, stated by Zacharie Perevet, Minister of Employment and Professional Development.
Construction started in 2013 for these three centres which will enable to provide trainings in short courses to hundreds of youth in Cameroon in 14 particular professions, among which are mechanics, word processing, electricity, clothing industry, and electronics, accommodation services, IT and multimedia, and others.
