Alvarion has been chosen by 4G Africa to implement their 4 G networks in Cameroon and an investment that is valued at 2 million dollars will be deployed towards the project which aims to provide end to end coverage using Alvarions product which is a market leader.
Alvarion Ltd. (NASDAQ:ALVR), one of the top global brands in 4G networks in the Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) market, today told the press that it was shortlisted by 4G Africa AG to implement the first Mobile WiMAX(TM) network in Cameroon. The access will first be primarily directed towards the two big cities and upcoming metros of the country Douala and Yaounde, comprising of a total population of over 5 million people. The coverage will be given by employing Alvarion’s end-to-end Mobile WiMAX 4Motion(TM) solution at the 2.5 GHz frequency band.
The project once commissioned is estimated to offer broadband connectivity to over 10,000 users within the first year of starting. 4G WiMAX(TM) has proven itself to be one of the bets business models so far for deploying mobile broadband for mass consumption in a large scale level. By developing and implementing a network that is primarily dependant on Alvarion’s leading platform, 4G Africa can not just provide a plethora of data services to the people in Cameroon but can also make it economic and affordable to them.

Bonjour.
Je voudrais faire la télédistribution, la téléphonie IP, la vidéo surveillance et la distribution
d’internet par des équipement dite de (triple Player) d’alvarion. Je me propose le BreezeAccess VL 4.0
ou si vous me proposer autre chose c’est parfait.
Je veux la base station et les terminaux qui vont avec , en tenant compte du qualité prix.
J’ai déjà un pilonne de 33 mètre trépied.
Je voudrais utiliser pour la base station, de énergie des panneaux solaire et j’ai déjà 20 panneaux de 75 watt.
Si vos techniciens peuvent me faire un plan d’installation et interconnexion des équipements ainsi
qu’une cotation des tout les équipements qui vont avec.
Tout ceux-ci seront installer en premier lieu en Ndjamena et âpres dans les restes des villes du Tchad.Et interconnecter avec
l’opperateur historie des teleponie fixe par une liaison specialisé ou par fibre optique.
