Cameroon Finance Law Ordinance Bill.

YAOUNDE, CAMEROON AFRICA. NOVEMBER 2010 (news.cameroon-today.com)  -  Cameroon Finance Law Ordinance Bill tabled to the Cameroon National Assembly

The Finance and Budget Committee after checking out what funds have been sanctioned to each ministry as per the 2011 budget, will validate yet another bill.

The bill would aim at sanctioning Ordinance N° 2010/1 of 15 September 2010 as well as changing and improving specific provisions of Law N° 2009/18 of 15 December 2009: Finance law of the Republic of Cameroon for the current fiscal year.

It involves the Presidents pronouncement to modify the current State Budget of FCFA 2,570 billion, further slashing it to FCFA 49.4 billion. The latest budget approximations for the consolidated budget of Cameroon in 2010 amount to FCFA 2,520.6 billion.
