Agreement With Cameroon Not Been Inked Says Sime Darby.

Yaounde, Cameroon Africa. (Cameroon News) Sime says that no agreement has been inked by them with Cameroon.

Palm-to-property industry major Sime Darby Bhd stated yesterday that it has not got into any deal to invest funds in Cameroon oil palm plantations.

The company was furnishing answers to a media report which said it was planning to invest in a US$2.5bil plantation enhancement agreement in the African nation.

Sime, the world’s largest palm company on the basis of landbank size, said it is still in the lookout for more and more chances for investment and would also undertake whatever is necessary to make sue that the details of the deal is revealed the moment something materializes.
